Paw Prints Animal Rescue, Inc. (PPAR)
is an all volunteer nonprofit organization dedicated to reducing the population of
homeless cats, kittens, dogs and puppies by maintaining two programs -- a Rescue
and Adoption Program and a Feral Cat Management Program. Individual donations
are our most important source of income as we receive no public funding.
Hi! I’m Summit and am looking for my forever home. I love to be around people.
I would LOVE a home with a yard to play in and a family to love who will love me back.
I adore being petted and cuddled. I like some other doggies; I am a bit particular about this.
I live with two other dogs and we all get along great because they understand that
I do not like to share my toys and treats. I also live with two kitties. I am not very
interested in them unless they start running, that means they want to play chase! I love
to play chase with them…..they don’t like it so much so I can’t understand why they are
always putting out that invitation by running in the first place. I am an older girl so
I have outgrown the puppy stage. Those silly puppies are always up to shenanigans like
chewing on things they shouldn’t be and jumping around. My foster mom says I don’t do any
of that and am well behaved in the house. I like to go for walks and car rides
and to play outside especially if my people are right there with me.I am house trained.
I do pretty well with basic commands like sit, shake, lay down and stay. Can I come home with
you and be your friend for life? I promise to give you lots of love and kisses!
What
a sweetheart! Ten-month old Boo Boo wandered into the carport of a Garner couple
and helped himself to the goodies they put out for their outside
cats. He stuck around and it became clear that he had no home to
go back to. When picked up, he started purring and kneading.
Clearly he was not a street cat! Boo Boo was brought in out of the
cold and quickly warmed up to his new pad. He's gentle, funny,
loving and just sooooo kissable. He hams it up for the camera,
rolling around, stretching, posing and generally clowning around.
He would love to be someone's main squeeze!
